To meet our customer’s needs, we built a state of the art 20,000 sq. foot crankshaft facility. We are now able to process crankshafts up to 200” and 8,000 lbs. This includes EMD V-16 & V-20; GE V-16, Alco V-16, and more!

Hillcrest’s Crankshaft Department now offers precision balancing for large crankshafts, thanks to the addition of our newly acquired state-of-the-art balancing machine. This enhancement further elevates the quality of our crankshaft remanufacturing process. We proudly serve a wide range of industries, including marine, locomotive, fracking, and other heavy industrial sectors. A properly remanufactured and balanced crankshaft plays a critical role in maximizing the performance, efficiency, and longevity of large diesel engines—keeping them running stronger and longer.
